Privacy policy

Who we are

AMK Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic in Cantt, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Booking requests. When you use the consultation form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. We only receive them if you press send.
• Messages and calls. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep the conversation so we can arrange and follow up your care.
• My Skin photos. The My Skin page currently stores your profile and photos only in your own browser. They are not uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
• AI Makeover. Your photo is analysed and edited entirely in your own browser and is never uploaded to us. The details you enter before seeing your results reach us only if you ask for a treatment plan, as a WhatsApp message you send yourself. To run, the page downloads a face-mapping model from Google and jsDelivr, which may see your IP address.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange appointments.
• To plan and record your treatment, as any medical practice must.
• We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us. Google Maps shows our location and Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site; both may receive your IP address when the page loads. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It does not receive your booking details or My Skin photos. Their own privacy policies apply.

Medical records

Records made during consultations and treatment are kept confidential, are seen only by the clinical team caring for you, and are retained as required for medical practice in Pakistan.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, other than records we are required to keep. Contact us on WhatsApp or call +92 322 4139009.
